Question about affiliate program for IAW Pro

Is the 50% a recurring monthly payment or only one-time?  Can it be incentivised?  Sorry if this is the wrong area but I didn't know where I should put it.  Thanks!

How can i get to the beta test (IAW pro) download link with my affiliate on it?
I pulled out one of my link in PayDotCOm but redirect me to the IAW old page is that right?
