Are you having problems with KS not getting results for google, bing?

A few days ago, I did some troubleshooting here, and seemed to have resolved the problem,
as it worked fine on other pc's....

Today I loaded KS to run some keywords, and am only getting no results for goolgle again, even on all those pc's that i installed KS on to check and see if the problem would happen on these other machines. I thought my problem was local on only one pc, but I havent used KS for a few days, and when I started running keywords with it today, no google results again....

I get results for bing, yahoo, ask, and amazon...

On one keyword i got results only for Amazon which was weird, none of the others gave any results...

So I thought I would take a poll, to try and get a picture of how many are having the problem...
Judging by the low # of posts to these threads, it seems like there is only a handful of us with the problem.

Maybe others are having the problem, but arent speaking up, and are just waiting on a fix... would be great if you could take the poll and shed some light on how many of us and maybe drop a quick reply to let know if you are forn the US, UK, AU, or wherever else...

I did a search on "diet information" (no quotes) in US - not normally one of my searches! Most of the results were from Yahoo (possibly Yahoo answers gets a LOT of queries on this). There were half a dozen google answers and 2 Bings.

In the UK!

On a hunch, I looked at when I installed KS v1.12,
in relation to when I started having the problems,
and it was after I installed v1.12....

I reinstalled v1.10 to see if i would still have the same
problem with no results from google, but it will not let me
run an older version, it forces me to install and run the current
version, v1.12....

Not getting US google results either -

uninstalled
cleared cache
DNS system cache
all cookies
ran CC Cleaner
rebooted
re-installed - didn't ask me for key or anything?...

Still does not work?......any more suggestions??

no results since upgrading to version 1.12. definitely a bug issue. I am running vista 64 bit and KS worked great with the earlier version on this machine.

I have yet to duplicate this issue. I can't fix it if it won't break for me.

Tried it again on my Dell Vostro lap top just Google, United States and still no Google keywords. Changed country and get keywords for Google.

I'm stoping my use of this program.

If Leger ever fixes it I may go back but after reading all the proposed causes and fixes there is no clear reason why it fails and how to fix it.

Give us a way to install an order version on our machine like 1.11 to see if it's the current version that's breaking Keyword Snatcher.

I just installed KS on another Windows XP Home system after installing .NET Framework 2.0 and NO Keywords returned for Google.

It's not the version -- absolutely nothing changed in the way it retrieves keywords from that version to the next.

Sept 7, also no Google results here, all others okay. I run Vista not XP.

Google has been rolling out "Google Instant." Could this be why Keyword Snatcher is having problems with Google's suggested searches? Also, the behavior may be different in the UK and other countries than in the U.S... so maybe it works for some countries and not others?

It's not from Google Instant, because I have Instant in my location and yet my copy of KS works perfectly. I'm scratching my head over why a few users are having issues with this.
