SEO guy here. I don't pretend to know everything, but I ran it through a couple of tools, and I have a few suggestions (In no particular order):
1. I don't think that this is a big thing, but, the code is a little bit bloated with a little unnecessary HTML formatting. Removing this may make a positive impact, as Google likes to be able to read the text, without messing about with code too much.
2. Rather than submitting the URLs to Google, I would recommend setting up a Google Webmaster account and submitting an XML sitemap:
https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/This registers all the URLs, and rather than shouting at Google to index your site, lets it do it more naturally.
3. Navagation.
From a user point of view, the drop down menu bars are useful, from a search engine point of view, they are unreadable.
I would recommend having static links to the pages at the bottom of the page, at least to the pages that are the most important.
4. URLs. It looks like you are using a content management system of some kind.
The URLs that it produces are not very friendly, depending on the CMS, there may be some way of creating static type URLs as part of the program.
Search engines REALLY don't like dynamic URLs.
5. Consider reducing flash on the site, search engines don't like it too much.
If you would like me to do more and offer more specific advice after running some better / more in depth tools, then perhaps we could do a joint venture on this?
A lot of my work comes from SEO consultancy, and I would be willing to do any SEO for your design customers in return for a share so you can offer another service.
PM me if you would like to discuss this.
Cheers,
