Certainly hope so. This tool is really awesome however getting PR averages is a big reason I use it.

Okay, version 1.39 should fix the PageRank issue.  Let me know if you're still having problems.

Keep in mind that Google will block your IP after (roughly) 2,000 queries to the toolbar PageRank server.  So if you run a large number of keywords you might get blocked and get all zeros for about a day.

Page rank is now working BUT, when I use USA, I still get results from Oman. I am in UK.

After a re-install on a reformatted computer (Win7), I did the update to 1.39 but I got an error:

Error opening file for writing:

C:\Program Files (x86)\WebCompAnalyst\WebCompAnalyst.exe

-

Ran it again. The WCA Setup screen says:
Cant write...

-

A while later, MSNet Framework gives me this error:

Unhandled error in your app.

-

What to do about these, please? It'd be nice to be able to use it again after this "time out", especially now that others are reporting it's been updated.

I've got the .Net version that Jon's original download email said to have. I didnt know MS.Net Framework needed updating. Does it?

I'm still in strife trying to get 1.39 to work on my Win7 machine.

So I uninstalled WCA.

Then installed it in the normal way (not set to 'run as admin'). Got error msg from MSNET:
'Unhandled exception has occurred in your app..."

So I hit Quit.

But WCA didnt quit, it opened.

I tried a search for 'happy birthday elvis presley' then got an error msg from WCA this time. Unhandled exception.

So I clicked Quit and got the next msg: 'Working. Please wait for this query to finish or stop the query before closing this program.'

So I waited a bit and clicked the button and it closed.

This time I will open it in my user account but via the 'run as admin' option. (Man, it'd be nice if this was easier to drive!)

Doing so triggers the RE-appearance of a message to update to 1.39

Aaaaaaaaaaaagh!

So I download the thing again in case the new 139 is different to the earlier 139, which is highly unlikely.

Then I open the folder where I saved the new download file, and this time just double clicked it to install. Click Next. Click Install. Click Close.

Open the program. and now the thing is telling me to download the new version.

Did that already!!!!

Can somebody give me the circuit breaker here....... PLEASE....!!!
